Are you looking for a fun and energizing way to bond with your little one while staying active? Look no further! My mommy and me exercise class is the perfect opportunity for you to connect with your child while getting a great workout in. Join us for a session filled with laughter, movement, and quality time together. Strengthen your bodies and your bond in our supportive and welcoming environment. Most importantly, this is a laid back class. Do you need to pause and feed or change a diaper? This class is your time. Use it however you need.
Details:
When: Thursdays at Bel Air Dance Academy from 10:30-11:15
Who: Mommies to be AND mommies with an infant (6 weeks postpartum, cleared by your OB).
What to expect: A movement class incorporating individual strength and cardio as well as utilizing a baby carrier. I tailor the classes to the mom's attending. In general, we will do a warm up, stretch, strength, and cardio. Moms are invited to wear their baby during any portion of the exercise, up to you!
What to bring: Feeding and diapering supplies, wear exercise shoes, baby carrier, and water! (P.s. The studio is on the top floor and it is not stroller friendly. I'd be happy to come out and help you carry whatever items you need help with!)
Where to park: On Main St OR there is a large lot off of Lee St behind the studio.
Where to go: If parking in the back, enter the glass door labeled Bel Air Dance Academy. Take the stairs to the top.
