Our Process

1. Thorough Screening
The Founder and CEO, Jenny, personally interviews each care provider to gather a well rounded picture of the nannies qualities.  All our nannies undergo background checks, reference verification, and skills assessments to ensure they’re fully qualified.
2. Family Needs Assessment
Start by completing our Family Needs Assessment form to help us understand your requirements, preferences, and household dynamics.
3. Personalized Matchmaking
Based on your assessment, we’ll identify nannies who meet your criteria!  You will receive nanny contact information and arrange interviews with potential candidates.  It’s as simple as that!  All accepted care providers I would personally utilize for my three young sons.
Find Me A Nanny

"A great nanny is like a second parent- someone who truly care's about your kids and helps them grow into kind and confident people."
- Reese Witherspoon

"Jenny took the initial stress out of finding a nanny.  We didn't have to reach out, communicate, schedule, vet, and more.  All we did was interview and make a decision!"

"The right nanny doesn’t just take care of your kids, they become an extension of your family, guiding them with love, patience, and support."- Mindy Kaling

Only the top applicants are presented to families for potential interviews, which helps cut down on time spent hiring and may result in a higher quality nanny whom the family will want to retain for a longer period of time.  GTM Payroll Services
